Eunice Casey - The inspiration for ECF Incorporated

Ms. Casey was the inspiration for this organization. After having her daughter, Ms. Casey struggled in her adult life with mental illness and homelessness. But through the struggle, she was able to make it off the streets and live a productive life until her death in September 2000. In her honor, The Eunice Casey Scholarship Foundation will be created to provide funding for college for students who have overcome struggles within their own environments

ECF Incorporated 's Purpose

The Eunice Casey Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports people and families that are dealing with mental illness, homelessness and disadvantage students in Baltimore City. It is our hope to expand and partnership with other organizations to help out and support the communities in Baltimore city and surrounding areas.

The Mission

The mission of ECF Incorporated (The Eunice Casey Foundation Inc.) is to provide awareness and support in the areas of mental health, homelessness and the wellness of disadvantage students. The ultimate goal is to provide resources that will allow those with these situations to lead productive lives. These resources will provide processes where it will increase their self esteem and become productive members of society.
