Mr. Tom Pace – Vice President- Committee Chairperson for the Atlantic City Bus trips

Tom Pace is a Baltimore Native. Tom join ECF Inc. in 2015 and has been a important member to this organization. He was promoted to the position of Vice President of August 2017. Tom has always believed in the mission and vision of ECF. Tom has two sons and currently works in sales. Tom also DJs part time and for many of the ECF events.

Ms. Ashley Fuller
Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director

Ashley is a native of Baltimore City and educated in the Baltimore City Public Schools system. As the daughter of two educators, she herself has gotten into education as a teacher for 6 yrs for BCPSS and and Extended learning coordinator for Elev8 Baltimore. Ashley loves community activities and working with children.

Mrs. Monica N. Fields - ECF Inc. Member- Event Team

Monica was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She acquired her education from Baltimore City Public Schools and graduated from Carver Vo-Tech High School with honors. Monica is a phenomenal mother and devoted wife. She is the Co-Owner of Enhanced Visions Video and Photography, as well as Cataclysmic Footwear. Monica has also obtained her certification to become a Notary Public for the State of Maryland. She is very committed to bettering her community and city, and is dedicated to assisting others to achieve their goals.  

Ms. Monique Johnson - ECF Inc. Member-Committee Chairperson of Back to School Drive- Member of Community Outreach

Monique Johnson is a native New Yorker from St. Albans, Queens. Currently, she resides in Windsor Mill, Maryland. A graduate of The University of Maryland: Eastern Shore, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Special Education. Ms. Johnson furthered her studies and attended Towson University, in which she obtained a Master of Education in Early Childhood.

Ms. Johnson, a veteran Special Education Teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools, has provided over 27 years of dedicated service to children and their families. She lends behavioral and academic support to families of special needs children.

Education is not Ms. Johnson’s only passion and accomplishment. Entrepreneurship is prevalent, alongside her career in education. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Maryland, and the proud owner of Lavender Dreams Mobile Spa. Furthermore, Ms. Johnson became a Published Author. She is a Contributing Author in two Amazon Bestseller Anthologies: Queens Who Defied the Odds (Cheryl A.S. Hurley); The Undeniable Strength of a Woman (Kimmoly K. LaBoo. Currently, she is anticipating the release of her very own Children’s Book.

Ms. Mechelle Lee - ECF Inc. Member- Event Team

Mechelle Lee hails from Baltimore but lives in Annapolis, MD and has been with ECF Inc. since 2016. Mechelle assist with ECF Inc. events. Mechelle is the founder of Maryland Sisters on the Move. it is a organisation that promotes positive women's unity through events and collaboration.  She currently works for Baltimore City Public Schools.

Mr. Brian Blake – Board Member- Committee Chairperson of the Grants Team

Brian was born and raised in Orange, NJ to his parents William and Elizabeth Blake.  At 17, Blake came to Baltimore on a basketball scholarship to UMBC (University of Maryland Baltimore County) where he earned a BS degree in Political Science. He received his masters degree in Special Education from Coppin State University. Right now, Blake is pursuing a doctorate degree at Walden University. Currently Blake lives in Owings Mills, MD and is an Assistant Principal for Baltimore City Public Schools. Blake is a member of the prestigious Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Mr. Gary Fields Jr. - Board Member- Committee Chairperson Media and PR Team

Gary was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. He obtained an education from Baltimore City and Baltimore County Schools. He graduated form Carver Vo-Tech High School, and studied Telecommunications and Mass Media at Morgan State University. He is a very loving, devoted husband and father. He is the Founder and Mentoring Photographer of Enhanced Visions Video and Photography. He is also the founder of his own Luxury Footwear Brand called Cataclysmic Footwear. He has developed a passion for assisting others with boosting esteem, and he hopes to help in any way to bring success to everyone around him.

Mr. Bryant Oden– Board Member- Event Team

Bryant was born in Baltimore, MD and raised in Pumphrey, Maryland. Bryant has a Bachelors and Master's degree from Johns Hopkins University. He is a the husband of Veronica Oden and they have two wonderful sons, BJ and Brayden.  Bryant is honored to part of the Board of directors of the The Eunice Casey Foundation. With Leslie's tireless leadership and her unbelievable courage, the stigma of mental health issue will no longer be something we are ashamed of. Thank you Leslie!!! Your grandmother and your mother are so proud of you! " Don't ever be ashamed of the scars that life has left you." 

Mrs. Veronica Oden – Board Member- Committee Chairperson of the Events Team

Veronica Oden hails from Jersey City, New Jersey. Veronica currently works for the Baltimore County school system. Veronica is a married to Bryant Oden and they are the proud parents of two boys.. Currently, Veronica the owner of Tees by Vee and the Executive Director of her own Paparazzi team. Veronica earned an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising.
